6 ounces brut sparkling wine, chilled
4 mint sprigs
2 teaspoons mint and lime simple syrup
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 lime peel and 1 spring of mint for garnish
Muddle mint, simple syrup, and lime juice for about 30 seconds. Strain into a glass and top with chilled sparkling wine and garnish with a spring of mint and lime peel.
