I’m excited to be just a little bit famous today for taking a quick picture, but the real star is the asparagus salad that my friend Emily made for dinner in Great Barringon, MA this past weekend! We paired the asparagus salad with a warm potato salad from the Gourmet cookbook and sliced ribeye steaks that were cooked on the grill. Since the salad is served at room temperature or chilled, it will be perfect for summer picnics!
